Mikk Tasa is a strategic design lead, mentor and coach with long-term experience in design industry. He´s the Head of Design in Helmes AS, Estonia’s largest development house. He also guides startups in incubators and is mentoring companies through different business accelerators. Mikk is also one the members of Estonian Design Center expert’s panel to help develop design innovation in Estonia.
His job is to help organizations decipher challenges from a user and sustainability perspective and find solutions to create the best user experience and value proposition. Mikk’s strengths are systemic thinking, design process management and design strategy creation and implementation in both the private and public sector. He believes that design thinking and a systematic approach are the keys towards a more sustainable future!
