CIRCO Hub Thailand is the inititative born from the cooperation of the Office of National Higher Education Science Research and Innovation Policy Council (NXPO) and United Nations’ Global Compact Network Thailand, with the goal to build skills and capacity in circular design, and promote Circular Economy across the Thai businesses and industrial sectors, with support from the Dutch Embassy.
The Hub is in a pilot stage, operating under NXPO’s circular design research project to drive the circular economy through cultivating circular design training leaders in Thailand. The 18-month project aims to achieve 10 business Tracks, creating a network of cooperation between the private and public sectors, and ultimately applying lessons learned to develop policies to drive a circular economy and ecosystems that are suitable for Thai contexts.
