Since August 2023, Anja has worked at Effizienz‑Agentur NRW (efa), specializing in Circular Economy and resource efficiency consulting in the OWL region (Ostwestfalen‑Lippe).
After her Business Administration graduate (Diplom) with focus on International Business and Controlling, she previously spent seven years in headquarters controlling at a media company in Luxembourg.
She later led for eight years commercial operations at a mid‑sized family business, driving sustainable and commercial business development. Her work particularly focused on developing sustainable solutions for flexible packaging in collaborative client projects.
