Jana is the Deputy Head of the CIRCO Hub at the Effizienz-Agentur (efa) NRW. Since joining the agency as a Project Coordinator on March 2024, she has focused on integrating Circular Economy approaches into companies and supporting businesses in developing resource-efficient and future-oriented strategies.
With a degree in Business Administration and a commercial background, she specialized in Sustainability Management during her master’s studies. Even during her studies, Jana supported the efa and was involved in facilitating CIRCO Tracks. She also gained initial experience in sustainability projects at a major company in the food industry.
Jana views the Circular Economy as a key lever for a more sustainable future – conserving resources, closing material loops, and creating new economic opportunities through innovative approaches.
