Julie Boulton works to embed Circular Economy projects in the fashion and textile space in particular. She has deep expertise in implementing sustainability frameworks, including the Sustainable Development Goals into strategies and planning. She trains business and government on improving resource management and shifting to more responsible business models. Julie is a trained lawyer with a Masters in International Development. Her background is in multinational negotiations, having worked for the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, for academic institutions and non-government organisations.
